Welcome Baby

He's here and he's perfect.  Evan Connor was born on Tuesday, August 21st, was 8 lbs 11 oz and 20.5" long.  We're so happy to have him home and have been enjoying every minute with him.

On January 16th we had Ashlynn's baby blessing.  We were lucky enough to have family members from both sides.  My mom, sister - Caitlin, sisters boyfriend - Brian, Grandma & Grandpa Challman and Aunt Alicia were able to come from my side.  On Andrew's side we had his dad, sister - Emily and brother - Zach.  Andrew gave a beautiful blessing.  Ashlynn of course was her usual happy and beautiful baby self.  Here are a few pictures I was able to get of her after church:

Our Newest Addition

I haven't been avoiding this blog, I've just been really busy the last month.  We were busy getting ready for the arrival of our newest family member, which of course involves all sorts of house projects and then we also hosted my family for Thanksgiving this year.  So needless to say, way too much going on.  But life is slowing down a little now and we're getting ready for Christmas so hopefully I'll have a little more time to blog now.  I have so much to show you and I've been taking pictures and meaning to post, but by the time evening rolls around and the munchkins are in bed I'm just too exhausted to even attempt being creative.  So for now those posts will have to wait.  Maybe after the New Year I'll be a little more on the ball with posting.  Hopefully I'll get used to sleep deprivation quickly.  I guess we'll see.

Anyways, let me introduce you to our newest family member.  On December 1st we welcomed the newest member of our family, Ashlynn Rose...

Isn't she a doll?  I'm a little biased of course.  She has been such a good baby and eats like a champ.  Now if only we could get the days and nights worked out.  Our other munchkins are in love with her too (a little too much actually).  They love to "share" with her and hold her and give her lots of hugs and kisses.  For now we are just trying to get settled and adjust to our new life.  

And the baby is...

The verdict is in.  Baby #3 is a Girl.  Yay!!!  We're so excited to add another little girl to our family.  Ella is really excited to have a baby sister and Cameron is totally indifferent to the whole situation.  I think we've decided on a name, but we'll see now that we know it's a girl.  I suppose I should get some energy and start working on the bedrooms now.  Ella and Cameron will share a room and the baby will get the nursery.  I'm nervous to put a new baby in with Ella.  The last thing I need in the middle of the night is two crying kids, so the baby gets her own room (I love being able to say "her" instead of "it").  So anyone that wants to come to my house and paint is more than welcome to. :)  Now that we know it's a girl, I need to start sorting through Ella's baby clothes to see what is salvageable or not, so Brittany I need to get those clothes back from you.  Thanks... and I would love to dig through Tessa's newborn clothes (cause hers were stinkin' adorable).  And then I'll know what I get to buy for baby girl.  I'm so excited to have another little girl; they are so much fun.

P.S. 80% of the people who took my baby pole guessed girl and almost everyone I talked to thought girl.  Kinda fun that so many people were right.

Oh Baby... boy or girl???

I am so excited!  We have our ultrasound scheduled for this Thursday morning.  I'm super excited to find out what we're having this time around.  Since we already have one of each and I've been so busy with the munchkins, I haven't been as anxious this time to find out what we're having, but now that it's right around the corner, I'm getting really excited.  I have my suspicions, but who knows.  I guess we'll see Thursday morning as long as this little one cooperates.  What do you all think?  Any ideas?  Don't forget to vote.

Welcome Baby Tessa!

Last Monday my sister gave me my first niece.  I'm so excited.  Miss Ella Bella has been the only girl among the three boys for far too long.  Thanks Brittany!  Baby and mom are both doing great and mom is recovering nicely.  I'm so excited to meet her.
